Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before using the CLOUDSCH online learning platform (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1.1. To access certain features and courses on the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information to keep it accurate and current.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.1. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any way that may infringe upon the rights of others.
2.2. You acknowledge that the content on the Platform, including courses, materials, and any related intellectual property, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the content without our express written consent.
2.3. You agree not to disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its associated systems, networks, or services.
3.1. Course Availability: CLOUDSCH offers a variety of courses, but we do not guarantee the availability of specific courses or the continued availability of any course.
3.2. Enrollment and Payments: When you enroll in a course, you agree to pay the associated course fee, if applicable. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You may be asked to provide billing information, and you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for course fees.
3.3. Refunds: Our refund policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
4.1. We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and account credentials. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without cause, and without notice. Termination may result in the loss of access to courses and materials.
6.1. The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
6.2. We make no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
